About the Dublin desk

GuestlinePortal is a Dublin-based publishing house of software modules for Guestline Rezlynx PMS. Founded in 2024 by former revenue managers from Dublin four-star and Killarney resort properties, we build one thing — Irish-market-specific extensions that plug into your existing Rezlynx installation via the official API.

We are not a PMS vendor. We do not resell Rezlynx. We are not affiliated with Guestline Ltd. We publish an editorial catalog of ten modules, each written for the Irish hospitality market — Fáilte Ireland grading, Revenue Commissioners VAT rules, Irish Hotels Federation pricing conventions, Bank of Ireland and AIB payment rails, and regional benchmarks for Dublin, Cork, Galway, Limerick, Killarney and Belfast.

The team is nine people — three revenue editors, two integration engineers, one Fáilte Ireland specialist, one payments engineer for Bank of Ireland and AIB, one Data Protection Officer, one Dublin desk support lead. Six work from the Grafton Street office, three work remotely from Cork, Galway and Sligo.

· II ·Why an Irish add-on portal exists

Guestline Rezlynx is an excellent PMS built in the UK for a broad market. The Irish market has particulars — a 9% tourism VAT that is not shared with the UK, Fáilte Ireland's grading vocabulary that is not shared with any other jurisdiction, an IHF rack-rate convention with distinct tariff classes, Bank of Ireland and AIB rails that are Irish-only, and demand events (Six Nations home fixtures, Bloomsday, All-Ireland finals, Puck Fair) that need to be baked into a yield model rather than added by hand each week. A generic global add-on will not respect these particulars. We built ten modules that do.

· III ·Editorial independence

GuestlinePortal is not affiliated, sponsored or endorsed by Guestline Ltd or its parent group. Every trademark used on this site is the property of its respective owner. We take editorial independence seriously — modules are ranked in the catalog by the Dublin desk based on Irish-market relevance, not by advertising spend. There is no paid placement.
