The Guestline Client Portal is the single sign-on surface where every module you subscribe to on GuestlinePortal is configured. Everything here — Fáilte Ireland grading, Revenue VAT split, Bank of Ireland reconciliation, regional benchmarks — lives inside your own Guestline Client Portal.
Rezlynx API token
Issue a scoped JWT token from the Integrations tab. Copy it into the GuestlinePortal Sandbox portal to activate a module.
Fáilte Ireland grading
Grading is auto-detected from the Fáilte register the first time a booking engine widget renders. Manual override available for pending re-grades.
Revenue VAT split
9% / 13.5% / 23% VAT profile applied to every generated invoice line — ROS-ready quarterly export from the Reports tab.
Bank of Ireland / AIB rails
Store your Bank of Ireland IBAN or AIB Merchant Services ID. Reconciliation files land daily and match against Rezlynx folios.

The GuestlinePortal Client Portal is accessed via the sign-in page. Enter the same email you use on your Guestline Client Portal — no password is required, only a one-time link. On first sign-in the Dublin desk verifies your Rezlynx account status and provisions your workspace. Provisioning takes under one minute for most Irish properties.
