§ What it does

· I ·The full brief

Channel manager extension that connects your Guestline Client Portal via the official Rezlynx API to Booking.com IE, propagating rate plans, restrictions and inventory with Irish market conventions applied by default. Rates are pushed with the 9% tourism VAT rate applied to accommodation and the 13.5% rate applied to breakfast and F&B lines, matching the split Revenue Commissioners requires on Irish hotel invoices. Pricing conventions follow the Irish Hotels Federation (IHF) rack-rate structure with distinct BAR, IHF member, corporate and Fáilte-approved trade tariffs. Inventory syncs every two minutes and stop-sell triggers apply on both the Rezlynx side and the Booking.com side simultaneously. Compatible with Dublin, Cork, Galway, Limerick and Killarney tax jurisdictions with the correct rounding rules for cent balances. Works alongside Rezlynx and does not replace Rezlynx. Requires an active Guestline Rezlynx account with API access enabled.

· II ·Included in every plan
