§ What it does

· I ·The full brief

Rate parity monitor that connects to your Guestline Client Portal via the official Rezlynx API and shops your published rates every four hours across Booking.com IE, Expedia IE, Hotels.com IE, Agoda IE and Trivago IE metasearch results. Breaches are flagged by room type, arrival date and channel, with a screenshot captured at the moment of the breach and stored for 180 days as evidence for the OTA contract dispute team. The Irish market has particular seasonality around Six Nations weekends, Bloomsday, the Galway Race Week and the Puck Fair — the monitor tags these dates so parity breach investigations can distinguish deliberate leisure surcharge from an unwanted OTA underscore. Reports are exportable in the format used by the Dublin city cluster revenue teams at Dalata, iNua and PREM. Works alongside Rezlynx and does not replace Rezlynx.

· II ·Included in every plan

  • Fáilte Ireland vocabulary applied to every guest-facing surface where the module renders content.
