§ What it does

· I ·The full brief

E-invoicing module that connects to your Guestline Client Portal via the official Rezlynx API and generates Revenue-compliant Irish invoices for every stay. Each invoice carries the correct 9% tourism VAT rate for accommodation, 13.5% for F&B and 23% for parking and other standard-rated ancillaries, with the Revenue-mandated invoice fields (supplier VAT number IE prefix, customer VAT number for corporate reverse charge, invoice date, sequential invoice number, description, quantity, unit price, VAT breakdown, total). VAT MOSS reporting is generated quarterly with the split per member state for EU corporate bookings routed through Irish suppliers. Reverse charge handling triggers automatically for EU B2B customers with a valid VAT number verified against the VIES database. Invoices are stored for the seven-year retention period required by Revenue and are exportable in ROS-compatible XML for the annual VAT return. Works alongside Rezlynx and does not replace Rezlynx.
